Marie de Foucaud – Founder, Elovation Consulting
Marie is the founder of Elovation Consulting where she drives the business success of clients through a new kind of brand building based on a passion for impact. Combining French elegance with New York energy, Marie builds ecosystems of internal processes, stakeholder relationships and external engagement, leveraging the unique stories of human interest to promote long-term growth and reputational refinement.
She previously developed and led the communications and marketing department of Richard Attias and Associates, a global strategic advising communications firm for Head of States and Governments. She also managed the worldwide communications of Boucheron, the French luxury jewelry and watches House. Marie’s recent work includes winning projects on behalf of Luxury Kering Group, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Culture, Venturi Astrolab, The Fifth Avenue association, You & Mister Jones, One Young World and many more.Marie is driven by a passion for impact, which she imbues in every project. She is the co-chair of the Young Patrons Program of LMCC, the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, an organization supporting independent artists in NYC, and is a frequent lecturer at Parsons and George Washington University. She is a board member of the French Founders Retail Club, a Transatlantic member of the French-American Foundation, as well as a founder of Défi Brésil, an organization that creates economic opportunities for young women in El Salvador. Marie is an avid marathoner, sports lover and mother of four based in New York City
Agathe Laurent – Founder, SpringVoice.
Agathe is a passionate Qualitative Director and Strategist.
Obsessed by pushing the boundaries of what human exploration means and how it can help generate positive impact, while helping brands succeed purposefully.
Agathe has a very rich and varied background, having worked at companies of various sizes and expertise, such as MFR Strategie, Millward Brown and OpinionWay. Her energy and natural leadership have always encouraged her to undertake growing responsibilities both on a business and management levels.
In 2010, she started her own consulting firm in Paris, SpringVoice, which she developed over four years, before realizing her American dream and move to the USA in 2014, while maintaining her French business. Then, after 4 years leading the Qual team at Kantar Added Value, Agathe decided to embrace entrepreneurship again and opened the US branch for SpringVoice in 2018, with a clear mission: deliver exceptional Qualitative services, leveraging the best of the French and American cultures: creativity, empathy, in depth and strategic thinking with transformation and impact.
She collaborates with her team in Paris and has become a true expert of Transatlantic issues, supporting company growth from both sides of the Ocean.

Dinah Emsalem – Founder, Paris New York Consulting
An investor, executive, advisor and board member, Dinah started at Arthur Andersen before becoming a private equity investor and partner of Argos Soditic, a mid cap LBO specialist. After 13 years in finance, her love for commerce and management drove her to completely shift her career to retail. She managed several brands and networks, notably at Toutcomptefait (childrenswear), Rodier (womenswear), Claudie Pierlot, Sandro and Maje (contemporary fashion) and Vilebrequin (luxury swimwear).
She experienced restructuring, fast track expansion, retail optimization, brand repositioning… always bringing with her the energy to improve, change, and upgrade and always creating strong and dynamic teams.
Dinah graduated from ESCP and holds an executive MBA from HEC.
